Want to join one of New Zealand's leading and largest suppliers of building and plumbing materials? NZ Distribution is a very successful division within the wider Fletcher Building Group, made up of PlaceMakers and Mico businesses.

We are looking for a Digital Learning Business Partner to join our Learning Team based in Penrose. This is a brand new opportunity which reports to our Learning and Organisational Development Manager and is part of team of individuals focused on delivering learning solutions across the division that improve business performance and lift employee capability.

This role will be required to partner with, and deliver expert digital learning advice, solutions and direction to PlaceMakers and Mico Branches and Regional Leadership Teams as well as develop effective material for digital online learning. 

This role will appeal to someone who can:
  • Develop a wide array of high-quality media-enriched training content 
  • Enhance the user experience for learning across mobile / digital applications
  • Adapt existing learning content into digital platforms
  • Manage the development of a comprehensive product knowledge library

You will have strong technical design capabilities, including the ability to develop on Articulate Storyline, but also have the ability to understand the people side of our business. Your excellent stakeholder management skills will allow you to work across our National branch network and establish credibility and rapport quickly. However, it will be your ability to influence and engage managers in positive discussions around digital learning which will allow us to raise the benchmark - and this is where you will really shine.
