We are looking for a Learning & Organisational Development Coordinator to join our Learning Team based in Penrose. This role reports to our Learning and Organisational Development Manager and is part of team of individuals focused on delivering learning solutions across the division that improve business performance and lift employee capability. We live what we drive in our business; this role is vacant due to internal promotion.

This role provides administrative, logistical and system support for all learning programmes. It will appeal to someone who:
  • Is passionate about people and can understand that our branches are our customers  
  • Has strong organisational administration, coordination and planning skills
  • Values working in an environment of continuous improvement 
  • Has initiative and forethought to make things happen 
  • Can learn and apply knowledge quickly

Your communication skills, both written and verbal will be a key strength. You will be booking of venues, catering, and travel and liaising with our suppliers. You will receive and check invoices, and work with finance for internal re-charging needs. You will manage the shared learning inbox and respond to queries and issues, being the go-to person for employees on how to use our learning systems. Anyone with experience using e-learning platforms would be favourably considered, but this isn’t essential. You will however need to be IT savvy and proficient in using the range of Microsoft programmes.
