Team leader of showroom

The Role:
As a Showroom Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 that are focused on trade counter sales and customer service within one of our largest showrooms. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Showroom, which will see you manage and coordinate In-store advertising, promotions, Merchandising and displays. Product ordering and liaising with the Inventory team to ensure sufficient stock is available. Monitored stock and manage cycle counts. Overseeing the induction of new team members, training and Health and Safety of the team. 

This is a permanent full-time role offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm. 

About You:
Being customer centric with a passion for exceptional service and building a great team Culture. You lead by example and have proven leadership experience that engages and encourages your team to do their best.  You care about the little things and have an impeccable eye for detail when it comes to product/store presentation and enjoy thinking outside the box to ensure overall objectives are met.  With a positive and outgoing personality, you enjoy a varied role within a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role you will also have experience in the building industry, retail, or consumer showroom environment. You will need to have strong communication skill with ability to delegate appropriately. Effective time management, organisation, and planning skills. A commitment to continuously review process and implement improvements.
