About the role
We’re looking for a talented Functional Business Analyst to join our Corporate Applications/Pay & Safety Applications team based in New Zealand.  Your primary focus will be on the ongoing support of our Australian Payroll Time & Attendance system, Dimensions/UKG Pro, and our company wide Environmental, Health & Safety system, known internally as Radar.  

You will be key in engaging with business stakeholders and internal customers to understand their needs and then develop the appropriate solutions.  There will be a variety in your role as you get involved in monitoring systems operations and business processes; performing impact assessments; designing and planning system changes; and testing of new features and releases. 

Because you will be supporting our Australian Payroll T&A system, your working hours on a Monday & Tuesday will be aligned to Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and will either be 10am-6pm or 11am – 7pm.   Like other members of the team, you will be on-call 1 week per month.

About you 
You’ll have 3-5 years of relevant applications business analysis experience - this would ideally include working on large scale implementations within a manufacturing, construction, distribution, or supply chain. You must come equipped with some Payroll/T&A platforms experience, whereas experience with Kronos or Dimensions/UKG Pro whilst not mandatory, would be highly advantageous.
