About the role
The Enterprise Architect is a pivotal role within the Architecture Community, responsible for providing clarity and technology leadership for their assigned domain or division. This role enables our business to analyse opportunities early, accelerate teams, and make technology decisions that maximize our investment to value across a portfolio of change. The Enterprise Architect is accountable for the overall architecture and its progression within their domain, working closely with key stakeholders inside and outside of FletcherTech to align business goals with our technology strategy. The Enterprise Architect also provides assurance across initiatives, collaborating with solution architects to deliver cohesive and sustainable solutions.

About you
To be successful in this role, we would look for the following behavioural and technical capabilities:
  • Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Broad and deep IT architecture, design, and technical skills
  • Domain architecture knowledge including process, applications, data, integration, infrastructure, operations, and security
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Results-oriented with the ability to produce solutions that deliver organisational benefit

Helpful Experience:
  • Experience in IT change programs and leadership within large-scale, portfolio, or multi-business unit environments
  • Experience in assessing a broad range of technology solutions and products
  • Experience with portfolio management, strategy, and planning.
