Firth Industries, part of Fletcher Building, is seeking a confident and compassionate National EHS Manager to lead our safety culture across 70+ sites nationwide.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor a team of safety professionals across the country
Drive strategic health and safety initiatives that protect and empower our people
Partner with senior leaders to embed a proactive, zero-harm culture
Oversee incident management, audits, and compliance with NZ regulations
Champion wellbeing and return-to-work programs that support our team holistically

What You Bring:

Proven experience in H&S leadership, ideally in manufacturing or construction
Strong understanding of NZ health and safety legislation
A collaborative, empathetic leadership style
A passion for people, prevention, and continuous improvement
