Firth Industries, part of Fletcher Building, is seeking a confident and compassionate National EHS Manager to lead our safety culture across 70+ sites nationwide.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and mentor a team of safety professionals across the country
  • Drive strategic health and safety initiatives that protect and empower our people
  • Partner with senior leaders to embed a proactive, zero-harm culture
  • Oversee incident management, audits, and compliance with NZ regulations
  • Champion wellbeing and return-to-work programs that support our team holistically

What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in H&S leadership, ideally in manufacturing or construction
  • Strong understanding of NZ health and safety legislation
  • A collaborative, empathetic leadership style
  • A passion for people, prevention, and continuous improvement
