We are looking for a Leading Hand to join our Asphalt Paving Crew based in Mount Maunganui. This is a leadership role where you can still be hands on! Experience in a paving environment is highly sought after.

What you will bring to the role

You will enjoy leading and motivating your crew or looking to take this step in your career
Strong operating experience ideally in a paving environment
Class 2 licence & WTR endorsement is a must
Computer literacy to manage your workload
A reasonable level of physical fitness, due to the physical nature of the position
Self-motivation, a positive attitude and the ability to think for yourself
Be a reliable, honest and flexible team-player
