About the opportunity

We currently have an opportunity for you to drive Health and Safety initiatives to ensure we maintain the highest standards of professionalism and compliance across the function.

Safety is at the forefront of everything we do and as Health and Safety Advisor you will form an integral part of our team.

You will play a key role in championing H&S initiatives for our Auckland manufacturing site  in conjunction with the managers, team leaders, team members and H&S colleagues. 

You will work to enhance and develop a proactive, safety focused culture where employees play an active role in the health & safety of the organisation. You will also take the opportunity to contribute to initiatives across the wider Fletcher Group.

You will be an expert in the field, with a consultative approach enabling safety to be everyone’s business.

About You

We’re keen to speak to Health and Safety experts capable of being a key advisor to our site leaders and team members. You can influence at all levels and are passionate about driving a culture where everyone has an innate sense of their responsibility. Our culture is one of accountability and delivery, so you will be passionate about driving the health & safety initiatives.

You will ideally have a significant H&S experience within a manufacturing / industrial or construction based organisation working across multiple sites.
