The Role

This role sits within our Organisational Development team and reports in to the Head of Organisational Development. Joining a talented and busy team, you will provide administrative, logistical and system support to the group function.
Liaising with external providers and internal customers, you will ensure the training calendar is kept up to date and all events are appropriately tailored for (venues, catering etc.) You will upload and update learning objects on our LMS Cornerstone and provide support to the wider group on how to use the system. Working with Excel and JDE you will check PO numbers against training courses and ensure timely invoicing of all learning activities. You will be technically savvy and able to understand new systems with ease.

About You

You will be an experienced Coordinator who has an interest in Learning and development and loves to be busy and is used to prioritising tasks. 
With excellent communication skills you will feel comfortable dealing with a range of people both over the phone and via email; providing a high level of service at all times. 

Culture fit is key and you will enjoy building relationships with the wider team whilst also being focused when needed. Exposure to Excel is required as data management is a key part of this role with the natural ability to recognise and rectify mistakes. Exposure to Cornerstone is desired although not essential.
