As a Business Analyst / Trainer for Fletcher Living you will be responsible for supporting Residential and Development teams in the delivery of business improvement and strategic change initiatives across our IT applications. This is a brand-new position created specifically to improve and expand our systems knowledge across the division and create consistency in the training we provide for the Fletcher Living team, including the branches.
Here are some of the things you can expect to take the lead on:
- Working with the digital business analyst and product owners to identify possible solutions and enhancements
- Leading and implementing small projects
- Working with the business to define process improvements using leadership and innovation
- Being our Adoption Lead to ensure we increase user competency and drive adoption of our Core systems.
- Developing and maintaining high-quality training material, guidance, and user documentation to support and enhance IT learning.
JDE, Salesforce, Sharepoint, Microsoft 365, P6 and Procore are just some of the systems that we use here at Fletcher Living, and that are an integral part of keeping things running smoothly. It would be an advantage if you had experience in using any of these systems (particularly in terms of training) but this is not essential. We will be on hand to provide all the training you need to equip you for success!
The great thing about this role is that because it is totally new, we are open to what your background might be and what skills you can bring to the team. We imagine you will be someone who is currently working in a Business Analyst role that has a passion for coaching and mentoring OR you could be an enthusiastic and experienced Learning & Development Manager who has had proven success in rolling out IT training. The most important thing is that you possess a desire to continuously improve processes for the benefit of the end-user. You will be a confident self-starter, able to communicate at all levels, and a good problem-solver. It goes without saying that you must be team-player who enjoys building valuable relationships, as that really is at the heart of everything we do here at Fletcher Living!
