Description

We are currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the Green Team at our East Tamaki office. You will be joining a small team where you can lead from the front with your knowledge and experience of civil roading projects! We have a strong pipeline of work and you will have the opportunity to continue to be exposed to a variety of projects over time.

What you’ll bring to the role:
Proven experience working in a contractor environment across a variety of roading/civil projects 
Proven contract administration experience with the ability to support and guide the project Team on claims/commercial management 
Ability to develop and mentor junior and intermediate members of the team
A result focused, commercially astute outlook and a practical approach to problem solving  
Ability to handle a diverse workload, whilst finding creative and forward-thinking solutions
Proficient with CCS Candy or Benchmark, Microsoft Projects
Sound Contractual Knowledge especially NZS 3910:2013
