About the Role:

As the Manufacturing & Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of coordinating labour, ensuring seamless manufacturing, maintenance, and pressing operations. You'll champion adherence to EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) protocols and maintain a high level of stock accuracy and quality across all production and maintenance areas. With your leadership, our production team will stay focused on safety, compliance, and excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Labour Coordination: Manage and coordinate labour for maintenance, pressing, and production needs.
  • ISO Standards Compliance: Develop and maintain robust systems aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
  • Process Optimisation: Drive improvements in manufacturing processes and equipment maintenance.
  • Stock Management: Oversee cycle counts, stocktaking, and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Shutdowns & Maintenance: Plan and execute equipment maintenance, shutdowns, and installations.
  • Warehouse Oversight: Ensure warehouse operations meet both business and employee expectations.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: Proven background in manufacturing or maintenance coordination.
  • ISO Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO standards and audit processes.
  • ERP Expertise: Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and strong warehouse management skills.
  • Financial Skills: Solid understanding of budgeting and cost management.
  • Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership abilities with the communication skills to motivate a team.
