Description

We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Materials & Frame and Truss Senior Estimators with 5+ years of experience in the building industry. If you have a proven ability to complete architectural design estimates and commercial project assessments, along with excellent computer skills, we want you to join our team!

Key Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation within the building industry
Expertise in preparing architectural design estimates and handling commercial projects
In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and product information
Proficient in computer skills, including advanced use of CAD estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in MiTek 20/20 & MiTek Sapphire software (applicable to Frame & Truss Estimators only)
Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Knowledge of Salesforce/Design IT is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for architectural and commercial construction projects
Review and analyse project requirements, specifications, and blueprints
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment on project scopes
Mentor and guide junior estimators, fostering professional growth within the team
