The Role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Design Lead to join our close knit and highly skilled team. This is a 12-month fixed term role, based at Erskine Park.

As a Senior Digital Design Lead, you will be responsible for implementing, enhancing, and managing new software and BIM processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand ongoing business requirements, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance the functionality, performance, and reliability of our systems. This role requires expertise in BIM environments.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and execute complex BIM related projects, utilising dotnet framework.
Pro-actively drive improvement of existing BIM processes and in-house design standards to optimise performance and align with industry best practices.
Implement and integrate the introduction of new BIM software and processes, ensuring effective utilisation within business.
Provide support to Project Managers on BIM-related aspects, including scope management and risk assessment.
Support project establishment and execution, develop comprehensive BIM plans, and liaise with other BIM and project stakeholders to ensure project delivery.

About you

Comprehensive experience working in BIM environments and coding using dotnet, demonstrating high level of technical ability.
Must have at least 5 years’ experience working in BIM standards design and implementation.
Must have at least 10 years’ experience in software project delivery - AEC industry is preferred.
Possess a keen interest in AI, coding, and emerging technologies.
Proven track record in delivering large scale and complex software projects.
Global BIM and AEC experience is viewed favourably.
Fluent in English, with strong reading, writing and verbal skills.
