Role Overview:

As a Purchasing and Procurement Administrator at Oliveri, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, focusing on purchasing and demand planning to ensure seamless product delivery across our network. Collaborating closely with the Operations Manager, you will drive sales initiatives and uphold our commitment to exceptional client service.

This position can either be based in Adelaide or Brisbane, with a flexible WFH arrangement. Standard hours will be 8am - 4.30pm, but these are also flexible. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing processes to optimize supply chain efficiency and meet demand requirements.
  • Develop and nurture key accounts, fostering growth and enhancing client retention.
  • Utilize your expertise in retail merchant sales to promote and expand our product portfolio across various retail brands.
  • Collaborate with the commercial construction strategy team to support growth initiatives with merchants and builders.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
  • Maintain high standards in product display merchandising to effectively showcase our solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing or distribution purchasing and procurement, including budget management.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and related tools.
  • A tertiary qualification (Bachelor's or Diploma) in a relevant field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Effective communication skills across all business levels, representing the brand professionally.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving organizational objectives.
  • Action-oriented approach to drive business development strategies.
