The role

As the first point of contact in our Showroom, you will interact daily with our customers who are the heart and soul of our business. The role will provide a wide variety of work which will appeal to someone who enjoys being busy and is happy to get stuck in and do what it takes to look after our customers.

Daily you will be responsible for –

• Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers by being solutions focused, offering product support and technical information.

• Process sales at our Trade Counter

• Play an integral part of growing sales within this department

• Merchandising and run instore promotions

• Assist customer with any returns or repairs

• Monitoring inventory and cycle counts.

We have 2 roles available:

- Full-time (until June 2025): 38h across 4 days a week with rostered Saturday from 8-1pm

- Permanent part-time: flexible around days and hours

About you:

You will play an important role in capturing sales opportunities across the showroom therefore your passion for creating long-lasting customer relationships is an absolute must!

• Proven experience in a customer service and/or retail sales environment

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with people from all ages and backgrounds.

• Motivated, self-driven and able to work independently.

• Computer and numeracy knowledge

• Great attention to detail and be organised.

• Strong sales focus and ability to build rapport quickly.
