About the Role

We are excited to offer a newly created role within our dynamic team, designed to fast-track your career into leadership. We are looking for a dynamic thinking Project Engineer to join us at our Dandenong site. This position is perfect for someone who is eager to take on innovative projects, lead initiatives, and make a significant impact in our organisation.

As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in managing projects and teams to design, develop, and commission new or improved production equipment and technical projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time project completion within scope and budget. Preferred Skills

• Confident in engineering principles, preferably in process control, automation, or control systems.

• Exposure to working in the Manufacturing would be ideal

• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve business objectives.

• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

• Innovative problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.

• Ability to prioritise, support deadlines, and ensure timely project delivery.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.

• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
