The Role
Our Christchurch team are looking for an Account Manager with local market insight and industry know-how to build on both our customers and our own success. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you’ll work closely with customers in the lower South Island to provide complete solutions and packages based on individual needs. Your core responsibilities will include;
  • Delivering creative business development in your territory with your customers to drive sales of Comfortech® Building Performance Solutions products and services. 
  • Delivering accurate forecasting volumes and margin growth opportunities
  • Providing technical assistance and solutions to the industry, adding to the customer experience
  • Implementing regular call cycles and site visits, providing up to date, informative and accurate advice on our products

About You
We’re solution providers and looking for someone who can deliver excellent service to our customers. With a focus on commercial clients, we’re ideally looking for someone with knowledge and experience within the building sector. You’ll also need;
  • To be comfortable with identifying and developing new relationships in the industry 
  • Ability to understand customers business and offer relevant and informative solutions on our product range
  • Technical mindset to understand and apply our product knowledge to customers’ needs
  • Knowledge of sales planning, budgeting, and operational finance
  • To be self-motivated, a team player and an exceptional communicator
