About the Role

We are excited to be on the lookout for a talented, energised, and innovative Account Manager to support our Melbourne/Regional Victorian Client Base. In this role, you will manage active, new, and past clients, ensuring their needs are met on time and delivering a high level of customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset and enjoy using data to develop plans that ensure your region is profitable. We are looking for someone who loves building relationships and becoming an extension of our clients’ businesses, acting as a trusted advisor. 

Experience in the plumbing or building industry is highly advantageous due to our merchant clients. A passion for the water industry and a technical mindset to confidently sell our products in the irrigation, electrical, and plumbing sectors are essential.

Skills and Experience
  • Background as an Account Manager or Sales Representative
  • Excellent negotiation skills & attention to detail
  • Advanced Sales experience – understanding how to close
  • Strong computer literacy – Salesforce & Microsoft 360
  • You are tenacious and driven to succeed
  • The ability to prioritise workload
  • Warm, energised & engaged personality
  • Full Drivers License
