We currently have an opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join our team in our East Tamaki branch. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator with 3+ years of experience who is looking for an opportunity to continue developing their knowledge and skills.

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Account payable experience 
  • Prior administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience processing invoices and credit notes for payments
  • Strong reconciliation skills to manage multiple accounts and invoicing queries 
  • Experience with JDE is highly sought after
  • Good people skills – You will work alongside the wider business to gather the information you need
  • Competent with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Reliable, well organised with excellent communication skills
