We currently have an opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join our team in our East Tamaki branch. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator with 3+ years of experience who is looking for an opportunity to continue developing their knowledge and skills.

What you’ll bring to the role:

Account payable experience
Prior administrative experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Experience processing invoices and credit notes for payments
Strong reconciliation skills to manage multiple accounts and invoicing queries
Experience with JDE is highly sought after
Good people skills – You will work alongside the wider business to gather the information you need
Competent with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Reliable, well organised with excellent communication skills
