About the Role:

Reporting to our Head of Manufacturing Services, you will handle basic accounting duties such as preparing financial records and reports and bank reconciliation. Alongside this, you will also be responsible for the following – 
  • Balance-sheet reconciliations 
  • Maintain documents and records to ensure all files are kept up to date
  • Ensure that invoices, credits, and receipting is done 
  • Manage regular stocktakes, identify variances, and post necessary adjustments to maintain accurate inventory record
  • Regularly review and update plant processes.
  • All aspects of general administration for the team

This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based in Wiri, Auckland.


About You: 
  • You are a versatile individual who can communicate effectively at all levels, engaging with our internal stakeholders. You take pride in your work, excel at multitasking, and remain calm under pressure. Additionally, you possess:
  • Previous financial administration experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in a support or assistant role at a high level
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word & Excel)
  • Loads of initiative and ability to take action to solve problems
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as being part of a cohesive and successful team
