We have an opportunity for a Foreperson who is experienced within the construction, roading and/or infrastructure industries, we offer not just a job but the support of a company that knows how important their Teams are in delivering what we do best – Roading and Infrastructure.


About the role

As a Foreperson, you will provide leadership to a Chipseal Crew.  Working a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours/days as required, you will be responsible for:

  • Promoting a safety-first culture and lead and mentor your team towards excellence
  • Complete daily quality assurance documentation
  • Ensure daily targets are meet
  • Plant maintenance
  • Crew Development – Training of staff on all aspects of chipseal surfacing

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Extensive experience within the Civil Construction Industry is required
  • Thorough understanding of construction equipment 
  • Full Class 1 licence
  • WTR licence endorsements
  • TC Basic Certificate and First aid desirable
  • A commitment to the highest standards of Health, Safety & Quality
