Key responsibilities:
  • Guide your team with a strong focus on consistently meeting and surpassing customer expectations.
  • Handle and resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively, prioritizing efficient and timely solutions.
  • Embrace a growth mindset daily to enhance team efficiency and morale, driving higher customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and manage your team’s performance, training, and development needs to ensure they are set up for success in their roles.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve seamless operations.

About You
  • Proven experience in a customer service supervisor or team leader role in order fulfillment, customer operations management/transactional CRM role similar environment
  • Proven ability to lead a team and positively influence achievement of customer service targets/KPI’s
  • Results-driven with exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Resilient and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment.
