Description

The Higgins Traffic Division in Auckland are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join the team. 

This role will be based at the Eastern Busway Project in Pakuranga, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that programme requirements are met and that the project sites maintain the highest standards in regard to quality and safety. You will also grow and develop your team, you will enjoy coaching and leading people.

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Prior supervisor experience in a Traffic Management Environment 
  • Solid TTM experience as an STMS 
  • STMS CAT A/B/C Practicing or non-practicing is essential
  • Minimum Class 2 Licence
  • Understanding of job pricing including materials, labour and plant and associated margin/profit calculations
  • Strong knowledge of QA and H&S requirements 
  • Strong people management skills
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
  • Strong attention to detail
