The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Manager for Apartments and Joint Ventures, you will be responsible for:

Establish and manage systems and banking requirements for Joint Ventures
Complete month-end processes for Apartments and Joint ventures, including processing, Profit and Loss review, reconciling Balance Sheet accounts and rolling 12-month forecasts
Analyse sales data in JDE and provide regular reporting and forecast updates
Review and provide Cashflow analysis on Development WIP
Handle supplier payment runs, capital contributions, and dividend distributions.
Lead financial reviews and produce monthly financial reports for JV partners
Complete monthly packs for Apartments and Joint Ventures
Manage monthly reporting inputs of division for Group reporting requirements
Assist with annual budgeting and long-term forecasting for Apartments and Joint Ventures
Prepare annual Financial Statements and tax returns
Engage in process improvement projects and support additional duties as needed

About You

The most important attribute we’re looking for is someone that is a team player, with a positive can-do attitude and is driven to deliver results. Our ideal candidate would be CA/ CPA qualified with 3 / 4 years’ experience. Experience within financial modelling and excel are essential and someone who is familiar with JDE, TM1 and HFM would be advantageous.

As someone with excellent technical accounting skills, you will take pride in delivering quality accurate financial reporting through to the Fletcher Building Group finance team, apartments and joint venture teams. Excellent communication skills are also essential as we aim to deliver a high standard of customer service both to our internal and external stakeholders.
