Description

Plans to improve New Zealand’s infrastructure are all go – and we’re all in.

From Roads of National Significance to the new state highway and road maintenance delivery model, it’s going to be a busy decade ahead for the New Zealand construction and infrastructure sector.

After delivering the award-winning Pūhoi to Warkworth motorway, and with our part of Te Wai Takamori o Te Awa Kairangi underway in Wellington, we’re match-fit and ready to tackle our next major infrastructure project.

We’ve got the innovation, we’ve got the experience, now we need to finalise the teams who’ll deliver this work.

We’re currently seeking expressions of interest for the below roles:

  • Project Directors
  • Senior Project Managers
  • Construction Managers
  • TOC Managers
  • Zone Managers
  • Engineering Managers
  • Estimators
  • Bid Managers
  • Project Controllers
  • Programmers / Planners

If you have experience and proven track record in any of the above roles, across large scale civil infrastructure projects, we’re keen to hear from you. We’re hiring across the country.

At Fletcher Construction, our scale means we offer diverse, exciting careers across New Zealand. We have the power of three major brands: Fletcher Construction, Higgins and Brian Perry Civil. You’ll be in good company, working alongside highly skilled teams and individuals delivering great work.

Are you looking for your next big project? Are you all in for major career opportunities? Express interest now!

Research shows that females and minority groups don’t always apply for roles unless they match 100% of the requirements. So, if this role is of interest but you feel you don’t quite fit, we encourage you to apply anyway. We are enriched by many nationalities, languages, religions, customs, and lifestyles. We are proud of our diversity and see it as one of the things that make us better together.
