Description

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition business Partner to join the Fletcher Construction team, based in Auckland.

Our scale means we offer diverse, exciting careers across Aotearoa. We have the power of three major brands: Fletcher Construction, Higgins and Brian Perry Civil.

In this role you will partner with the business to source, pipeline and recruit top talent into our Major Projects team. You may also get involved in recruitment for the wider business.

Get involved in strategic sourcing activity, talent pooling, campaign management and partner with the business to attract top talent.

About You

An experienced recruitment/sourcing partner
Experience in the civil infrastructure sector
Experience with direct sourcing and talent pooling
Experience developing strategic sourcing plans and deploying campaigns
Ability to partner, coach, negotiate and influence at a senior level
Strong stakeholder and candidate engagement skills
Strong reporting and analytic skills
A team player with strong collaboration skills
