About the Role:

We are on the lookout for motivated, switched-on, safety focused Production Operators to join our team at our plant in Tauriko. The role is varied and busy, and responsibilities will include;

Plant operation within plastermills and board manufacturing crews
Process control, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
Replenishing lines and operating machines as required to ensure continuous production
Quality assurance and reporting issues or faults
General manufacturing duties

Skills & Experience:

Experience in a manufacturing environment using automated material handling equipment is advantageous, as well as:

Forklift license and current NZ drivers license
High degree of mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills
Good oral and written English skills, as well as good numeric skills
Physically fit with the ability to safely handle heavy equipment and product (up to 25kg)
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol test
Current working rights in NZ
Able to work a 24/5 roster on 12-hour shifts. With the occasional Saturday dayshift
