We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Integration Lead to join the Fletcher Construction team on the Eastern Busway Alliance (EBA).

In this role, you will lead transformational strategies that drive innovation and continuous improvement, focusing on Operational Excellence, Data, and Digital frameworks. Collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders, you’ll manage processes, mentor staff, and align strategies with alliance objectives to deliver outstanding project outcomes. What you will bring to the role:

At least 12 years of experience, ideally as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership position.
Expertise in implementing data and digital strategies, especially BIM processes.
Strong leadership skills to drive operational excellence initiatives.
Effective project and team management capabilities, including mentoring and resource allocation.
A strategic mindset for planning yearly initiatives and executing key strategies.
Commercial awareness, including budget management, cost control, and monetizing program benefits.
In-depth knowledge of industry standards, sustainability practices, and best practices.
A proactive approach to innovation, problem-solving, and risk management.
A tertiary qualification in a related field or equivalent experience, with advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to prepare reports, presentations, and engage diverse audiences
