The Role

Drive data-powered decision-making as our Data and Insights Manager. Reporting to the Head of Digital for the Residential and Development Division, you’ll lead data-driven initiatives, ensuring seamless management of reporting and analytics. You’ll take charge of transforming complex data into actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include:

Develop, implement and lead the delivery of a data strategy that aligns with Divisional business goals and inform business decisions.
Lead and manage a team, providing support, feedback, and fostering professional development.
Ensure high-quality data transformation and develop effective reports and dashboards.
Monitor and report on key drivers of Divisional performance, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Develop and enhance management reports and dashboards, adhering to BI frameworks and standards.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting and analysis.
Actively demonstrate and ensure safe work practices and support the implementation of HS&E procedures.
Conduct financial and operational analysis to support strategic initiatives and business planning.

About You

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role ideally with a tertiary qualification in finance and/or technology discipline is required.
Strong business acumen with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership/ team management would be advantageous but not essential
Proven experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Proficient in analysing and interpreting complex data sets.
Experience with BI data warehousing principles and platforms.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and MS SQL.
Ability to simplify complex commercial, technical, and financial issues.
Creative problem-solving skills for complex issues.
Experience in representing data in clear written and visual formats.
Strategic planning and operational management experience in similar environments.
Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing with a growth mindset.
