The Opportunity

Due to our growing business and increased demand for our products across Australia, we are seeking a passionate Part-time (28hours - Wednesday - Saturday) Showroom Consultant to join our Tullamarine Showroom.

About the Role

We are looking for someone with experience in showroom operations and a strong ability to perform under pressure. Your design expertise and technical knowledge of cabinetry and construction will be vital as you guide customers in creating modern living spaces using the Laminex product range.

This role requires a blend of creativity and technical acumen, allowing you to influence purchasing decisions and provide tailored advice for kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, and other spaces.

As a true brand ambassador, you will engage with architects and designers, keeping them informed about our latest offerings through calls and emails. You will also utilise our CRM system to maintain client relationships and ensure they are as enduring as the spaces we help create.

About You

You are at the forefront of building design, with a passion for creating contemporary spaces. You are familiar with current design trends and possess strong technical knowledge. You have exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach, understanding how to tailor your style to different clients. You are well-presented, personable, and capable of influencing customer design and purchase journeys. Experience in a similar showroom or design consulting role is essential.
