Description

The Role:
This is a dynamic phone-based role that blends sales and account management. You’ll be hunting to grow business in existing Fijian Indian accounts while building strong, long-term relationships and driving growth through regular, meaningful customer interactions.

Your daily responsibilities will include:
Proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities with existing and new customers
Ensuring regular contact so you can be ahead of the game
Actioning your customers enquiries by phone, email & walk-in customer contact
Collaborating with your customers and colleagues to ensure smooth order processing, stock availability, and timely delivery
Providing customers with product advice, quotes, and pricing information as well as the tailored solutions
Promoting brand awareness and building rapport with key trade customers over the phone

This is a permanent, full-time role (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week), based in Mt Wellington, Auckland. 

About You – Skills & Experience:
You’re a natural communicator with a passion for customer service and sales. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building lasting relationships over the phone.

We’re looking for someone who has:
Ability to communicate in both Hindi and English
Building Industry experience and product knowledge 
Proven experience in outbound calling customer service or phone based account management 
Excellent customer service, continually acting in the customers best interest
A proactive, self-starting attitude with excellent organisational abilities
A solutions-focused mindset and the resilience to thrive in a target-driven environment
Computer literate, with solid literacy and numeracy skills and ability to pick up new systems
