About the Role
Our customers are the heart of what we do, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and self-motivated individual to join our Rotorua team. As our successful Customer Service Representative, you will be joining our small and talented team and will be responsible for:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email and in person.
  • Drafting of quotations, processing orders and providing support to our sales team.
  • Professionally handling customer enquiries, offering solution-based support.
  • Liaison with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of goods.
  • Assist with cycle/stock counts and logistical requirements.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, offers and updates to provide accurate information to customers.

This is a Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5pm role, based at our branch in Rotorua.

About You
This position plays a pivotal part in our organisation and as such you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be reliable, a team player and customer focused. 

We’re also looking for:
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience in customer service with previous experience in logistics/warehousing advantageous.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Good time management skills and computer savvy.
  • Proficiency with an inventory or ERP systems is a PLUS.
