Laminex is looking for a proactive Account Manager to lead our Renovations portfolio in WA. This role is all about new business development, proactive outreach to new clients, and reconnecting with dormant accounts—with a customer base that includes designers, cabinet makers, and residential renovators.


About the Role

You’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new opportunities, reigniting relationships with past clients, and becoming a trusted partner to renovation professionals. This is a high-energy role that requires persistence, confidence, and a strategic mindset.


Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new business across the renovations sector.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to designers, cabinet makers, and residential renovation clients.
  • Re-engage with former customers and rebuild long-lost relationships.
  • Deliver tailored product solutions and expert advice.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
