Description

We are looking for a Programme Manager to join our team in a newly established position in Wellington. 

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be the go-to person for preparing and monitoring programmes of work for the Wellington City Council Road Maintenance Contract. This will involve liaison with the Project Management Team, Client and key Stakeholders to ensure the planning of projects/jobs are communicated prior to delivery by the Operational Team.

What you’ll bring to the role:
  • Prior experience as a programmer/planner in a construction environment  
  • Ideally you will have related tertiary qualification in Engineering or Project Management
  • In-depth experience of industry programming software, e.g. P6, MS Project
  • RAMM software experience (Preferred)
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and an ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Highly organised, ability to prioritise with excellent communication skills
