More About Your New Role

Are you ready to bring manufacturing to life through data, insight, and commercial acumen? This newly created role based in Strathpine is a unique opportunity to partner directly with manufacturing leaders and help shape the future of performance across a complex, high-volume business. As our Commercial Business Partner, you’ll be the go-to expert for financial decision support, performance analytics, and coaching—helping leaders become more commercially minded and confident in using data to drive outcomes. You’ll work across functions to translate numbers into stories, facts into decisions, and insights into action.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves working with numbers, and is passionate about making a real impact. You’ll be hands-on with manufacturing KPIs, cost control, budgeting, and capital investment planning, while also influencing and coaching stakeholders from the shop floor to senior leadership. 

Does This Sound Like You?
  • Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance, along with CPA
  • Advanced financial planning, accounting and analysis skills
  • Confident in Excel, Qlik and Power BI along with exposure to JDE or SAP
  • Sound experience in manufacturing or other complex style companies 
  • Exceptional communication and ability to connect and building trusting relationships with key stakeholders 
  • The ability to take data, numbers and information and present to varied audiences 
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills 
  • Personable, Confident and can work with autonomy and in a team
