We’re looking for a Health, Safety & Environmental Business Partner who shares our commitment to wellbeing and wants to make a meaningful impact across our operations across the South Island and potentially lower north.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values continuous learning, and enjoys guiding others to create safer, healthier workplaces. You’ll work closely with operational leaders and teams to embed safety practices, lead initiatives, and foster a culture of care and accountability.

What you’ll be doing:

Partnering with teams to implement health and safety plans tailored to each site
Supporting leaders with risk reviews, training needs, and compliance guidance
Leading and contributing to projects that improve safety performance and culture
Coordinating audits, monitoring programs, and reporting to ensure transparency
Helping teams learn from incidents and successes to continuously improve

What you’ll bring:

A background in health and safety, ideally with 5+ years’ experience
Ability to operate and engage at a senior level
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Confidence in navigating complex environments and regulatory frameworks
A proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement
A genuine passion for helping others and making workplaces safer
