More About the Position 

This newly created Process Engineer position, based in Reservoir (VIC) is your chance to step into a hands-on, high-impact position where you’ll be at the heart of driving manufacturing excellence. You’ll work closely with our Manufacturing and Optimisation teams to analyse production data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance quality, efficiency, and performance. this role is a dynamic, people-focused position where your curiosity, communication skills, and passion for continuous improvement will shine.

You’ll be exposed to world-class systems and processes, gaining invaluable experience in process optimisation, project delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. From day one, you’ll be empowered to make data-informed decisions, contribute to capital and cost-saving projects, and help shape the future of our manufacturing operations. If you’re someone who thrives on solving problems, enjoys engaging with people on the floor, and is driven by results, this is the perfect launchpad for your engineering career.

Skills and Experience 
  • Tertiary qualification in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse production data and identify process deviations,
  • Experience in managing process control databases and reporting tools
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally 
  • proactive mindset and a drive to make data-informed decisions that improve outcomes.
  • You are someone who want to learn and advance their skills
