About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Line Reliability Coordinator to join our team at the Toolara (Tin Can Bay) Manufacturing Plant in Queensland, near Gympie. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our LPM and Finishing production lines.

As a key member of the maintenance and operations team, you will focus on minimizing downtime, optimizing equipment performance, and implementing reliability strategies that support continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with technicians, engineers, and production staff to drive performance and foster a collaborative work environment.

This is a 9-day fortnight role (post-probation), with standard hours of 6:00 AM to 3:23 PM. The position has no direct reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply trade knowledge to support planning and execution using a CMMS,electrical or automation experience preferred.
  • Champion reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies and conduct rootcause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.
  • Coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance activities with productionteams.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability andreduce downtime.
  • Develop and maintain maintenance schedules aligned with production planning.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with safety regulationsand standards.
  • Provide training and support to team members on reliability best practices

About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Electrical trade qualification or relevant industry experience within a largemanufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in reliability engineering or maintenancecoordination, ideally within heavy manufacturing or equivalent industry.
  • Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles and maintenance management systems.
  • Proficiency in maintenance planning and scheduling software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for coaching and mentoring others.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and ability to work closely with production to drive safety, quality, and uptime.
