About Your New Role

This newly created Product Coordinator role offers an exciting opportunity for someone step into a dynamic, new and demanding environment on a 12- month maximum term contract, based in Keysborough. You’ll be at the heart of product development and its operation across our total business—coordinating across multiple teams coordinating the end-to-end outcomes from procurement to launch and supporting new product development (NPD) initiatives.

We’re looking for someone bright, engaging, and ready to make an impact. You will bring strong coordination skills, an initiative-taking mindset, and ideally experience with building products or insulation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on juggling multiple priorities, building relationships across departments, project-based mindset and driving product excellence from concept to delivery.

Key Capabilities & Responsibilities
  • You will have strong data accuracy and systems management experience
  • Ideally come from a product or (maybe buying) category background 
  • Previous experience in working with cross functional across a complex business
  • Experience in managing stock levels and collaborating procurement and planning teams 
  • Advanced in Microsoft office and other digital platforms 
  • Support new product development (NPD) by tracking progress, gathering feedback, and preparing reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards 
  • Excellent communication and ability to build lasting relationships
