About the Position

Are you passionate about enhancing customer experiences and supporting organizational success? Stramit is seeking a committed Customer Service Representative to join our vibrant and forward-thinking team. Whether you're a Customer Service veteran or early in your career looking for your next challenge, we want to hear from you!

In this pivotal role, you will be part of a team responsible for improving efficiency and accuracy of our customer orders. Your role will recommend ways we can enhance the way we do things and identify opportunities for automation. Working closely with our branch, transport, and planning teams, you will play a crucial role in ensuring prompt fulfillment of customer orders and facilitating efficient product delivery and pickups from Stramit sites.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity based onsite with requirements to be in the office Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to inbound calls from customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate versatility by working both independently and collaboratively to maintain seamless operations.
  • Precise and speedy data entry, particularly in processing orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Analyse current workflows and identify opportunities for automation utilising Esker
  • Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy and user experience.
  • Document and maintain Esker process maps and configuration guide
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through personalised service.

  • Advanced administrative skills that allow you to navigate systems and adhere to established processes effectively.
  • Possess keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with Esker's automation platform, or similar technology, is advantageous
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous, though comprehensive training will be provided.
  • Full working rights in Australia without restrictions.
