Fletcher Insulation is a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of insulation products, with iconic brands such as Pink® Batts and Sisalation®. Our products are used extensively in the building industry on residential and commercial projects and are supplied through our specialist customer channels, which include insulation supply and install businesses, commercial contractors, national outlets and retail hardware stores.

 About Our Vacancy 

Here is your chance to join a leading brand in the building & construction industry! we are looking for a bright and passionate Customer Service Officer to join our team Fletcher Insulation Prospect, on a 9-Month Contract. You will be a fresh, energetic, tech-savvy individual who has amazing learning agility and prides themselves on exceeding customer expectations. You will constantly push yourself to customer service excellence! You are there to ensure you continue to lead the way in high-class service to all our customers, both internal and external. You will be responsible for customer service via phone and emails, processing quotes & orders, following up on sales opportunities as well as daily administration.

We work in a fast-paced environment, so it is important that you can think on your feet, work with efficiency, and follow directions. We have a dynamic team at Prospect and love to celebrate success and wins – We are all long-term, successful, and engaged. We are looking for someone who can bring personality, passion and confidence to this full-time contract position. 

Skills and Experience 
  • The ability to influence and negotiate with our customers
  • Understand how to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Sound knowledge of SAP or other advanced CRM systems
  • Ability to handle inquiries and complaints promptly 
  • Excellent with Administration, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • You are an expert in problem-solving and creating solutions
