About the Position

Reporting to the National People and Performance Manager, you will be the heart of our function. With a national focus, this role supports our team throughout the employment lifecycle with administrative tasks, documentation, reporting, collation and analysis of data and production of insights.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administrative support through the full employee lifecycle; onboarding, offboarding, engagement, performance, remuneration.
  • Drafting of employment documentation, i.e. employment contracts, variations of contract and employment changes.
  • Maintenance of HR systems and ensuring data integrity.
  • Collation, analysis and production of insights from various data sources.
  • Preparation of reports and presentations.

About You

  • Proven experience in a high-volume administrative role.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Keen interest in data and analytics, where you are adept at pulling insights from large data.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly Excel.
  • Initiative, with adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong time management and prompt responsiveness.
  • A growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
