Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager to join our Waikato team based in Hamilton.

As the Quality Manager you’ll lead quality assurance and document control across our regional projects. This is a pivotal role where you’ll champion continuous improvement, mentor teams, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality management plans and objectives.
  • Support project teams with Work Packs, QA documentation, and testing compliance.
  • Conduct internal audits and coordinate external inspections.
  • Manage quality incident reporting and promote lessons learned.
  • Oversee document control systems and ensure timely submittals via Procore.
  • Deliver training and promote a culture of quality across the region.

What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in the civil construction industry.
  • Qualification in a quality-related field and trained auditor status.
  • ICAM training and strong understanding of QA/QC procedures.
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Office; experience with Procore and Aconex is a plus.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
  • A full, clean driver’s licence.
