Description

We are looking for a Leading Hand to join our Asphalt Paving Crew based in Mount Maunganui. This is a leadership role where you can still be hands on! Experience in a paving environment is highly sought after.

What you will bring to the role
  • You will enjoy leading and motivating your crew or looking to take this step in your career
  • Strong operating experience ideally in a paving environment 
  • Class 2 licence & WTR endorsement is a must
  • Computer literacy to manage your workload
  • A reasonable level of physical fitness, due to the physical nature of the position
  • Self-motivation, a positive attitude and the ability to think for yourself
  • Be a reliable, honest and flexible team-player
