We are looking for a reliable and proactive Yard Person to help keep our Tauriko site running smoothly. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in keeping things tidy and safe, and want to be part of a company that’s been building New Zealand since 1927 — we’d love to hear from you. This is an excellent career opportunity to demonstrate your abilities and serves as a valuable stepping stone toward advancing into a higher-level position in the future. What you’ll be doing:

Maintain a clean, safe, well-organised yard
Yard and garden housekeeping and maintenance
Forklift, mechanical sweeper and scrubber operation
General waste and recycling management
Site Services related preventative maintenance tasks

What you’ll bring:

A current Fork Hoist License
Experience in a similar hands-on role with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and reliability
A carpentry-related trade background, experience with Permit to Work and Working at Heights are desirable
Good communication skills and a can-do attitude
Able to use your initiative and work autonomously, with strong problem-solving abilities
