About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and tenacious Territory Manager to join our Melbourne Team, focusing on our Commercial customers at Fletcher Insulation. In this position, you will engage in proactive business development, servicing, and revitalising client relationships. You will confidently negotiate and understand the solutions we can offer to meet our customer's needs, all while thriving in an autonomous environment where results and "making things happen" are highly valued.

Your ability to build and maintain relationships, both internally and externally, will be crucial. What You’ll Bring to the Role 
  • Exceptional sales background in an external sales role ideally from the building or construction industry 
  • Successfully grown targeted accounts in the past and reigniting conversations with past customers 
  • Experienced in working to sales budgets, KPIs and creating profitable sales pipelines 
  • Confident in relationship building with both internal & external stakeholders
  • Previous experience using CRM’s and other digital platforms for reviewing data and reports
  • Understanding of using Microsoft Office) Excel, Power Bi, Power Point & Outlook) 
  • Full Driver's License
