Description

As an Estimations Coordinator you will play a key role in helping our Trade Customers transform their project from a building plan to a finished build. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to prepare tailored building material estimation quotes, negotiate pricing, manage changes, and offer expert product advice to create a customer experience that keeps them coming back.
  • Turn project briefs obtained from Account Managers into accurate, timely estimation quotations for our trade customers
  • Act as the key point of contact for estimation queries, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to manage job workflows and deliver responsive, solutions-focused service
  • Ensure all quotations align with system pricing and discounts
  • Proactively follow up on quotes, maintain up-to-date documentation, and communicate regularly with all stakeholders
This is a Permanent Full-Time Role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based at our New Lynn branch. 

About you:
Success in this role means managing multiple projects, being adaptable and staying sharp to spot issue, solve problem and keep workflows moving. You’ll bring relevant experience from a quoting, pricing or estimations role ideally with knowledge of building products and materials, or the construction industry.
  • Bring a strong work ethic, approachable nature and committed to delivering great service
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and perform under pressure
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships at all levels
  • Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable working across multiple systems with strong data entry skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is advantageous
