Are you ready to be part of something truly exciting? Fletcher Insulation is launching a cutting-edge acoustic brand, and we’re looking for a passionate Production Supervisor, to join us in Dandenong South to help shape our journey from day one. This is a unique opportunity to step into a brand-new role, leading a small, dynamic team as we bring innovative acoustic solutions to life.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for supervising daily production activities, troubleshooting machinery, and driving process improvements. You’ll manage inventory accuracy, oversee quality control, and ensure compliance with OH&S and environmental standards. Your technical expertise will be key in maintaining machine reliability, developing lean manufacturing processes, and supporting the training and development of your team, being a hands on leader is second nature to you!

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in production or manufacturing, and who can confidently lead a team through change and growth. If you’re passionate about safety, continuous improvement, and building a positive, people-focused culture, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Ideal Skills and Experience

Proven background in supervising a team in a manufacturing environment
You have excellent mechanical aptitude able to troubleshoot confidently
As a leader you are passionate about mentoring, coaching and have experience fostering a collaborative & supportive culture
Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principle and looking for ongoing process & quality improvements
Safety is Key, you are passionate about influencing safety initiative, having regular toolbox talk and protecting your tea around you
Familiar with Microsoft officer and SAP4Hana (ideal), and understands the importance of accurate data
Understanding the use of non-woven machinery involving polyester fibers & current Forklift license would be highly regarded but not essential
