As Financial Controller, you’ll ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting, lead a talented team, and drive continuous improvement across our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Financial Accounting, Accounts Payable, Customer Administration, and Inventory functions.
• Oversee capital management, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards (including IFRS).
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly reporting, and manage all group financial queries.
• Ensure successful completion of internal and external audits, and timely tax submissions.
• Champion process improvement in AP, AR, invoicing, pricing, credit, and bank processes.
• Manage and enhance financial systems (LN, Cognos, TM1, Hyperion).
• Foster a high-performance culture, developing and supporting your team.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, including sales, operations, customers, banks, and auditors.

What You’ll Bring:

• CA qualification.
• Proven experience in financial accounting leadership.
• Strong process improvement capability and drive.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and inspire others.
